How to resolve issues during the install of Skype 4.3.0 .37 on Linux Ubuntu 14.04

I could successfully resolve issues during the installing of Skype 4.3.0.37 on Linux Ubuntu 14.04 by these two commands:

sudo apt-get upgrade --fix-missing
sudo apt-get -f install
